From Downtown San Jose
Head east on E Santa Clara St toward N 1st St. Continue onto Alum Rock Ave for approximately 3.5 miles. NTHB Rehab is located at 3100A Alum Rock Ave on the right side. The drive takes about 12 minutes without traffic.
From San Jose Mineta International Airport (SJC)
Exit the airport onto Airport Blvd heading south. Merge onto I-880 S, then take the exit for US-101 S toward Los Angeles. Take the McKee Rd exit, head east, and turn right onto Alum Rock Ave. Continue for approximately 1 mile to 3100A Alum Rock Ave. Total drive time is approximately 15 minutes.
From Fremont / East Bay
Take I-680 S to I-280 S. Merge onto US-101 S and take the McKee Rd exit. Head east on McKee Rd and turn right onto Alum Rock Ave. Our facility is approximately 1 mile ahead at 3100A Alum Rock Ave. Allow approximately 35-45 minutes depending on traffic.
